About Us

We are Teresa and Dakshina, and we’ve created this space to provide you with a compassionate and supportive environment where you can access the care you need to transform your life.

We have over 15 years of experience as psychological therapists and met in 2010 while working in the same NHS service. We quickly formed a strong connection and it’s been our shared goal to provide therapy in a way that truly reflects our values. We believe in creating a warm, welcoming, and collaborative space where you can work toward your personal goals and become your authentic and healthy self.
