What Is Bullying?
Repeated, intentional behavior aimed at intimidating, harming, or exerting power over another individual. It can be verbal, physical, social, or digital (cyberbullying).
Types of Bullying:

- Physical: Hitting, pushing, or damaging property
- Social/Relational: Exclusion, spreading rumors, or manipulation
- Cyberbullying: Harassment via digital platforms such as social media, messaging apps, or email
