Worry and Anxiety

  

Worry and anxiety are common human experiences—but when they start to take over, they can feel exhausting and difficult to manage.

You might notice:

  • Constant overthinking or racing thoughts
  • Difficulty relaxing or "switching off"
  • Muscle tension, jaw clenching, or feeling physically on edge
  • Trouble falling or staying asleep
  • Restlessness or a sense of inner agitation
  • Feeling easily overwhelmed or irritated
  • Avoiding situations that trigger anxiety
  • Trouble concentrating or feeling mentally foggy
  • A sense that something bad is going to happen, even without a clear reason
     

When anxiety becomes overwhelming, it can interfere with your work, relationships, or daily tasks, make small decisions feel incredibly difficult and keep you stuck in a loop of fear and self-doubt
